The Volunteer Program Manager is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, supporting, and retaining clinic volunteers, as well as cultivating relationships with community partners. This role ensures volunteers feel welcomed, equipped, and valued, and that community relationships strengthen the clinic’s mission and capacity.
